Campcruisers and Wheeloffice announce partnership to expand range of hire vehicles for camping enthusiasts

Falkensee/Münster, 11 July 2025 - Campcruisers, the online booking portal for campervans, boats, campsites and pitches, and Wheeloffice, an innovative provider of software solutions for the rental industry, today announced their partnership. The partnership will expand the range of rental vehicles available on the Campcruisers platform and will provide rental companies using Wheeloffice with seamless access to an industry-leading distribution channel.

Campcruisers, launched in February 2015, has established itself as a renowned portal for booking motorhomes, caravans, houseboats, campsites and pitches. With currently over 15,000 bookable leisure vehicles, boats and campsites in more than 20 countries, the portal from Falkensee in Brandenburg offers a wide selection for every camping taste. Thanks to the cooperation with Wheeloffice, many new hire vehicles and destinations are expected to be added to the portfolio in the coming weeks.

Wheeloffice from Münster, headed by founder Luca Veltmann, offers specialised software that makes it much easier for small and medium-sized leisure vehicle rental companies in particular to manage their fleets, maintain data and synchronise availability.

The new interface between the two companies enables hire companies using the Wheeloffice software to list their vehicles directly on Campcruisers with just a few clicks. Registration with Campcruisers can be done directly via the Wheeloffice system. As soon as the connection is established, vehicle data and availabilities are automatically synchronised. This process eliminates manual effort and effectively prevents overbooking.

Daniel Bosch, founder of Campcruisers, sees the cooperation as a decisive advantage for users of the platform: "The partnership with Wheeloffice allows us to significantly expand our offering for travellers looking for a campervan to rent in their area. We are gaining access to a large number of new, high-quality vehicles, especially in locations that were previously less served by the major hire companies. This makes camping holidays even more flexible and varied for our customers."

Luca Veltmann, founder of Wheeloffice, also emphasises the added value for his customers: "We offer Wheeloffice users additional, uncomplicated added value. With just a few clicks, they can open up a new, strong sales channel without having to worry about overbooking or additional administrative work as a hire company. Automatic synchronisation ensures maximum efficiency and allows rental companies to concentrate on their core business."

The partnership between Campcruisers and Wheeloffice underlines both companies' commitment to driving digitalisation in the camping industry and creating an optimal experience for both renters and landlords.
