To document your consent, Cookiechimp processes your anonymised IP address and information about your end device,

For the operation of our app, in particular for the provision of the database and the backend infrastructure,
we use the services of Supabase (Supabase, Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992).
The data is hosted exclusively by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the server region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt am Main, Germany).
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Supabase in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
This ensures that Supabase only processes the data in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
The use of these services, which are technically necessary for the operation of the app, is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, fast and efficient provision of our app.
The provider for users from the European Economic Area and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
To enable the map function, it is technically necessary for your IP address to be recorded by Google.
As soon as you use the map function in the app, a connection to Google's servers is established.
In addition to your IP address, location data may also be transmitted to Google if you have activated location tracking in your device settings.
The integration of Google Maps and the associated data processing will only take place with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
We obtain this consent via our consent management tool (Cookiechimp).
You can revoke your consent at any time for the future by adjusting the settings in the app.
By using Google Maps, data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA.
We would like to point out that, from the perspective of the European Union, the USA is not a safe third country within the meaning of EU data protection law.
There is a risk that your data may be processed by US authorities for monitoring and surveillance purposes, possibly without any legal recourse.
