A milestone for the future of travel: Campcruisers receives „Brandenburg Innovativ“ funding

The year 2025 ended for us with probably the best Christmas present a start-up can imagine. On 23 December, we finally held it in our hands: The official funding decision from the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg (ILB).

After more than a year of intensive preparation, countless financial plans, detailed interim reports and gripping presentations, we have made it. Campcruisers will be part of the programme Brandenburg Innovative through the European Social Fund (ESF) with a six-figure sum.

From vision to innovation

This success is more than just financial support for us - it is confirmation of our vision. We want to digitise and simplify the camping experience from the ground up.

Behind us lies a marathon of orientation meetings and bureaucratic hurdles. The fact that we have now received this approval enables us to start developing our favourite project at full speed.

The mission: The perfect trip from a single source

What exactly are we planning to do? We are developing a AI-supported mobile app, that will revolutionise the planning of camping trips.

Until now, organising a camping trip has often been tedious: you look for pitches on various portals, research places of interest on blogs and have to book everything separately. This will soon be a thing of the past. Our app will:

• Intelligent route planning: Thanks to AI support, the perfect route is created based on your preferences.
• One-stop booking: You can book the campervan, pitches and even tourist attractions along the route in a single process.
• Real experiences: We integrate local highlights and insider tips directly into your travel planning so that the journey really is the destination.
